AlfredSwitchWindows now supports Ghostty tabs

I recently switched to using Ghostty as my macOS terminal emulator, which has involved adjusting & rewriting various tools I use day-to-day. One such tool is AlfredSwitchWindows, which allows searching your open windows and tabs.

The latest release adds support for searching & switching to Ghostty tabs, in addition to Safari, Chrome, Brave, Opera, and iTerm tabs (and all other applications' windows).

I have some remaining TODOs for this project, most notably a release CI pipeline that takes care of codesigning and notarization. This means that you may need to jump through hoops in System Settings → Security & Privacy to allow the embedded EnumWindows program to run on your machine.

(Sorry about that. I'm trying to get better about blogging about my projects before they're 100% perfectly complete, though. I think that's a good thing in general.)
